Fire Bricks

We manufacture our Super Duty & High-Density fire bricks through the dry press process. These bricks are high abrasion-resistant. These bricks contain a high proportion of Pre-Calcined material resulting in a product with good dimensional tolerance. The tight texture and low flux content give excellent resistance to slag attack, alkali attack, and vitrification.

Super Duty bricks have high alkali resistance and find use in Regenerators both as a hot face and as a back up in insulated wall construction.
